I’ve known since childhood that my purpose is to positively influence others and help people reach their goals—personally and professionally.
That calling has guided a 30+ year career rooted in hospitality, human behavior, wellness, and results-driven marketing.
I began my career in hospitality while earning degrees in Police Science and Psychology, developing a deep understanding of communication, behavior, and customer experience. That foundation led me into advertising and marketing, where I became a top-performing West Coast sales leader, earning national recognition and consistently delivering strong ROI for clients.
In 2016, I put my expertise to the test by purchasing a failing business and scaling it to over 200% growth within months through quality products, employee development, and exceptional customer service. That success inspired me to found Crystalized Consulting INC, where I help businesses cut through marketing noise with customized, data-driven strategies.
I am also a Certified Wellness Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), with specialized training in nutrition, holistic wellness, and hormone health. This allows me to support individuals and business owners in creating sustainable growth—professionally and personally.
I specialize in Google Ads, SEO, website development, online listings, social media marketing, customer experience strategy, and wellness-focused coaching. My passion is helping people and businesses thrive by aligning smart strategy, human behavior, and measurable results.

I'm a proud graduate of Eastern Washington University, with a background in Marketing, International Business, and Psychology. I've worked at Crystalized Consulting for over five years, with a focus on content creation, website development, SEO optimization, social media marketing, & more - all with one goal: helping businesses stand out and succeed.
